Frequently Asked Questions
What gear do I need for practice?
We recommend a DOT-approved full-face helmet, motorcycle gloves, abrasion-resistant jacket, long pants, and over-the-ankle boots. Eye protection is mandatory for all workshops.
Are these courses suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. Our beginner track starts with balance, friction zone control, and straight-line braking, using clear drills you can run at parking lot speeds.
How do online modules work without a coach on site?
Each module includes setup instructions, safety checks, demo cues, and a self-scoring rubric. You can repeat drills and track outcomes in the dashboard-style checklists.
Can I get a refund if plans change?
Yes. Full refunds for online courses within 7 days of purchase if the course is under 20% complete. Workshops can be rescheduled once at no cost with 72-hour notice.
Do you provide motorcycles for workshops?
We do not provide bikes. Bring a roadworthy motorcycle appropriate for training. We’ll help you verify tire condition, controls, and basic maintenance before drills.
Is there a certificate of completion?
Yes. You can download a digital certificate after completing all modules and assessments for a course.
How are courses updated?
We review rider feedback and incident data quarterly. Modules are revised to improve clarity, add examples, and reinforce critical safety habits.
Can I train for track days?
Absolutely. Our advanced line includes corner speed, body position, and braking transitions designed to prepare you for structured track day programs.
Do you support group or corporate training?
Yes. Contact us for group rates and tailored safety modules for delivery services, moto clubs, and event organizers.
